… get ready to write some new rules.

The energy of 2020 is unlike any we have ever experienced. Consciousness has lifted and paradigms have shifted all around us. It’s truly a new age and the dawn of a new way of being in the world. There’s no going back. The earth’s magnetic vibration has lifted and subsequently so has humanity’s.

We are no longer blinded to the endless cycles of matrix programming. We are awakening to our true power and recognizing that we are the ones we have been waiting for. Life isn’t an experience meant to be suffered through; it’s meant to be an exploration into experiencing our true essence — God itself.

In order to take advantage of these new energies, one simply has to believe in themselves and the power they hold to make change. If you believe in the limitations of the past, you will be trapped by them, but if you believe in your ability to create magic, you will be brought to a whole new level of wizardry.

Are you ready to truly shift your life? You can be, do or have anything you want, you just have to be able to have that clear 20/20 vision for yourself. If you can’t see it for yourself, you’ll never have it. Are you ready to play this new game? The rules are yours to write.

… move with it or it’ll take you out.

Life is in constant motion, shifting and changing. As humans, we have to move with those changes, we cannot resist them. Resisting change is akin to back pedaling through our lives.

In life, always remain fluid. Move like the waters, yet be aware when the tide is changing and act accordingly. Your life is not a constant, it ebbs and flows in cycles and the more conscious you are, the better you are at anticipating those shifts in the tide.

Life is about flowing with the currents, observing the energy and respecting the direction in which it wants to move. If the tide is moving in a certain direction, heed it, life is guiding you towards more tranquil waters.

Respect the cycles of your relationships and jobs — nothing stays the same. Learn to identify the changes in the tides so you don’t get stuck somewhere you don’t want to be.

… when you’re ready for it.

Not before.

If something is shifting in your life, it’s time for it to shift. Whether you realize it or not, things only begin to shift when you’re ready for a new phase of life.

The secret to navigating change is to follow the tide, not resist it. You don’t have to have all the answers, you only need to follow the tide when it shifts and trust the process of your life that it knows where it’s leading you. The universe always has your back. Change wouldn’t be happening if it wasn’t time for change to happen.

Don’t get tripped up over any perceived outcome. It’s great to have a goal, but don’t hold steadfast to it, be flexible. You never know where life will take you. If you think you know what’s right for you and you hold too tight to it, you will create unnecessary pain and frustration. Set a goal and then be open to where life leads you. When you are flexible, you allow yourself the chance to pivot towards something even better.

Step lightly on the earth, be fluid, be able to adapt, your life may not show up exactly as you expect, but from what I’ve learned — it usually shows up even better.

… it’s ALWAYS the beginning of something new.

It has to be.

One door can’t close without another one opening. Everything is energy and that energy doesn’t just go away; it needs to be redirected. Energy doesn’t just stop; it transitions into something else.

Endings must always lead somewhere new because life is cyclical and change is constant. Nothing ever stays the same. The seeds of what’s ending always fertilize a new beginning. So the question is never “what have I lost” it is “what will I create next?”

An ending is never an ending, it’s always the beginning of something new. Your work is not to lament the ending, but to focus on creating a new and better beginning.

… one after another.

A moment in time is NEVER forever. A moment can change you and then it leaves you. Nothing ever stays the same; life is always in a constant state of flux.

Moments are fleeting – they can be special or they can be painful, but they cannot be forever — they’re always meant to be moved through and replaced by a new moment.

Don’t get attached to a happy moment, it is not here to stay. And don’t get attached to a unhappy moment, it’s always on its way out.

Every moment is an opportunity for transformation. Every moment gives you a chance to recreate yourself anew — and then that moment is gone.

You’re also never trapped in a moment — if a moment in your life makes you unhappy, know that it will soon be over. That’s the beauty of the moment — you’re never where you are for very long.

Life is just a string of moments. No matter what the moment brings you — know that it’ll never last forever. Give gratitude for it and be patient with it. A new moment is coming, a new opportunity is dawning and a new chance to begin again is on its way.

… a better plan is coming together for you.

It can be no other way.

Plans are the foundation on which we build our lives. If a plan you’ve worked hard on is falling apart, it obviously isn’t strong enough to support your growth. Don’t be upset that it fell apart before its vision was realized — be grateful that you now know you require a stronger foundation and build it accordingly.

Not every plan is meant to come into fruition. Some plans are more important for where they bring you to then whether or not they materialize.

Trust the process of your life — if something doesn’t come together for you, it’s because something better is just around the corner.

The best laid plans should fall apart if they are not able to support your dreams. Be flexible. If it crashes down, step back and recognize that there is something much better coming together. Know that it’s not a punishment, it’s a reward.

Life is funny like that.

… certainty is already defined.

Most of us fear uncertainty because of its inherent promise of change. But isn’t it much better to be uncertain of where you are than to be certain you are in the wrong place?

Uncertainty brings options. Certainty brings confirmation. Certainty is limited in its potential to please you, but anything can come out of uncertainty.

With uncertainty, the decision is not yet made. Therefore within the uncertainty, there is lots of potential; it just needs to be embraced and embarked upon.

Certainty is already decided for you. Uncertainty gives you a myriad of options if you’re brave enough to explore them. If you can dream it, it can be an uncertain probable outcome.

Don’t fear the uncertainty; embrace it — it’s bringing you to a future which is still yet undefined. Don’t hide from it, make it yours. Grab the uncertainty and get excited at the potential that awaits you. ALWAYS better to be uncertain where you are then to be certain you are in the wrong place.

… will definitely drive you insane.

How could it not?

What we don’t realize is that if we want something to be different, we have to do something differently — otherwise nothing changes.

There are no coincidences in life. If something is showing up again, it is a pattern that needs to be worked through, NOT repeated; so the universe obliges and gives you yet another opportunity to work through the same pattern in a DIFFERENT way.

How will you respond this time is the question?

Coming to the SAME conclusions and engaging in the SAME behaviors will keep you stuck in the SAME cycle of learning.

Break the pattern and chains that bind you. Identify the pattern that is showing up and show up differently in response to it. If you don’t like the outcomes you’ve been receiving, show up differently, take different actions and watch your outcomes naturally differ.

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is truly the definition of insanity. Learn to accept responsibility for you life. Learn to recognize your patterns and stop them in their tracks. Patterns are meant to be worked through, NEVER repeated. When you are ready to stop driving yourself crazy, a new life is ready to begin for you. What are you waiting for?

never-expect-people… and you’ll NEVER be disappointed.

It’s a beautiful gift to be able to see the potential in people – to be able to see what they’re capable of and to believe in them (even when they don’t believe in themselves).

But just because you see the potential in someone doesn’t mean they themselves are ready to rise to that potential. Not everyone is ready to embody the idealized version of them you might be holding. Expectations destroy relationships. Never expect someone to be other than who they are. It’s unfair to them and it’s unfair to you.

When people show you who they are, BELIEVE THEM. And don’t expect them to show up otherwise. It doesn’t serve you to EXPECT that people act in a certain way. It only sets you up for disappointment when they don’t.

Stop believing in people’s potential and start believing in how they are showing up in this moment. Because that is all you have. Nothing else is real.

The easiest way to destroy a relationship is to expect someone to act in a way that is not authentic to them. Let your expectations go. Stop trying to change people. People have to want to change on their own.

Let people be who they are and if who they are doesn’t work for you, make another decision. But don’t spend one more second trying to make them into who you think they should be. When people tell you who they are, believe them and never expect them to be other than who they are and you will NEVER be disappointed.

grey1… it’s always in the shades of grey.

We’re a solution-driven species and hence we feel very uncomfortable when we do NOT have all the answers.

But life isn’t about knowing all the answers. It’s about exploring the depth/richness behind the range of ambiguity within all 5,000 shades of grey, because as humans we are much more complex than just being black or white. There is much more to our emotional wellbeing, our intelligence and our rational thinking then just black and white.

Black or white is an easy label but living life in the grey pushes you further. In other words, needing guarantees in life keeps you limited; being comfortable with uncertainty/exploration keeps you expanding into yourself.

Don’t stop at black or white; you can go further in the grey areas. There is much more to explore in the realm of uncertainty than there ever is in the realm of certainty. To be the best YOU, you always want to explore the levels of grey – push yourself further, take chances, take risks, and move out of your comfort zone. Being in the grey area shouldn’t be scary, it should be embraced and savored for all it’s potential.

Guarantees don’t make you safe in life, they keep you stuck and narrowly defined. Be comfortable within yourself to navigate all 5,000 shades of uncertainty. Then once you have sufficiently explored the varying shades of grey, you will be ready to define your own unique shade and it’s sure to NOT be black or white. How could it be?
