Happiness is Not a Place You Get To

… it’s a place you cultivate within yourself. 

The mistake humanity makes is in thinking that happiness can ever be found outside you. The material world is fleeting. $$$, jobs, homes, cars, bonuses, reputations all have an expiration date. You can’t take them with you when your time is up. They are not a measure of your true success so they can never truly create lasting happiness. 

Happiness is a state of mind. It’s a divine connection to source — something greater that created this universe. It’s in the trust that your soul is your greatest economy — that who you are is much greater than who this sick society tells you that you are. 

When the world tries to tear you down and tell you that you’re a failure, can you stand up and say, I love who i am and I love the life i’ve created for myself? True happiness is an inside job. Those who do not love themselves will never be able to find it. If you’re still only seeking happiness in the material world, you’ll forever be lost in the seas of depression.

Life Is Not Measured by How Much Money You Make

… it’s measured by how many lives you touch.

But how many of us remember that?

Most of us are lost in the matrix — we think a life “well lived” is about “living well” in the matrix, when in actuality it is about “living from the well of light.”

Light is our true essence. It is the origins of humanity and it is our source code. It is our operating system. When you understand that, you understand that the more light you hold, the healthier, happier and more successful you become. Sickness and illness is a deficiency of light; you only become sick when you have disconnected yourself from the source of light.

What is the source of light? It is the divine creator, the universe, GOD. It is where we come from and the more strongly we are connected to it, the more light can flow through us in the form of radiant health, optimism, joy and the rewards of a life well lived.

When you are living from the well of light, you radiate that light to those around you and everyone is able to glow and feel that infinite love. It’s a true feed forward system of positive progress — the more light you hold, the more lives you touch and the more you are rewarded with the material comforts you seek.

Are you living in the well of light? Do you trust in the universe and the process of your life or do you doubt your worthiness? Do you stand in love and not fear? Do you find the joy in every moment of every day or do you give your power away to negative thoughts that take you down? Do you inspire others to live their best life or are you playing the victim so others save you? Do you honor your body or do you disrespect it by defaulting to junk food and staring at a tv screen? 

Who we are is much greater than the way we fit ourselves into the matrix, (e.g. the expensive home and car, the high powered job, etc.) When we live from the well of light, we illumine the path for others. When your life is over and you return to the light, your life will not be measured by how much $$$ you made, but by how much light you held and how many lives you touched.

Are You Comfortable?

… or have you become comfortably numb? 

There’s a difference.

Life is hard, it’s true, but finding comfort in this discomfort is key. True comfort can be found via conscious transformation of suffering. Do you allow yourself to wallow in self-pity and victim consciousness or do you move through the pain and back into higher mastery states of joy, gratitude and happiness?

Many of us get stuck in the pain and in order to cope, we shut down any sense of feeling. We numb ourselves from feeling the pain via alcohol, drugs, food, tv, social media, sex, etc… This is not true comfort, it is a coping mechanism disguised as comfort, otherwise known as the “comfortably numb zone.”

Comfort is the pure mastery of joy, while being comfortably numb is the epitome of sabotage and distraction. One shuts you down, while the other moves you through your consciousness evolution. Be careful not to mistake one for the other.

True comfort is available for anyone who is ready to master their pain — anyone who is ready to face their shadows and move beyond them. Once you learn to face all of it, you can override it and finally begin to heal.

Are you comfortable facing your life or are you more comfortably numbing the pain? There is a difference. One road leads to consciousness mastery and the other leads to an addictive spiral. Where do you find yourself?

When You Are Alone

… you can see where you are. 

When you are surrounded by others, your view is blocked. 

I used to think I knew who I was and how I fit into the whole when I lived in NYC, but in reality, I couldn’t see anything. 

When you are alone, you have clear sight. But when you are surrounded by others, your view becomes muddied. It’s muddied because you only see yourself as a reflection of someone else. You do not have true clarity. True clarity only comes when you only see you. Anyone else around you is just a distraction from you knowing yourself. 

Most of us never know who we truly are. We are too busy competing with others around us (on social media) trying to prove to ourselves that we are better than them. But when you are constantly comparing yourself to those around you, you lose a bit of yourself. You turn that energy over to others and no longer have access to it. You give them your power. And why would you do that? Why would you not keep the integrity of your own power?

People can become distractions, albeit beautiful distractions, to us finding our way in the world. If you truly want to know yourself, step away from the crowd. You are not them. You will just get swallowed up and lost in that crowd.

Being alone is a chance to re-align yourself to who you truly are. When you no longer have the distractions of others, you can better see where you are headed.

Humanity Seeks Expansion

… but defaults to comfort.

It is in our nature as a soul to evolve, to become better, to push ourselves beyond our comfort zones into a field of infinite potential.

When we are healthy and not operating under extreme social trauma, we can think clearly and rationally and it allows for our evolution to higher states of consciousness. At our highest levels and in the absence of a collective psychosis, our capacities to transcend pain are efficient and abundant. But when we fall prey to a social trauma program, we trade our greatness for security. We give up on our happiness and we accept less than what we deserve. When we do this, we no longer walk the path of awakening consciousness, but fall blissfully back asleep, contented to allow a control system to ease our pain, quell our fears and give us “safety” restrictions which we happily accept in return for our freedoms.

This is not the path of humanity. This is not the path of the soul. Humanity is neither meant to control itself or be controlled. Humanity is sovereign. Every soul upon this planet has free will which can never be denied. And in turn, that free will has karmic repercussions. The choices you make and the actions you take will always return to you, be it in this life or the next.

As humanity, we must remember we are magical. We can be, do or have anything we want. We are aspects of pure light in a human body. What will we do with that? Will we stand up and believe in our power and honor our light OR will we give in to a control dynamic that tells us what we need to do in order to be healthy, happy or accepted as part of society?

Who should we trust? Ourselves or some other power? Humanity is meant to expand in it’s consciousness and evolve. Our magic is always waiting to be explored outside our comfort zone and it is only when we are pushed beyond our threshold of capacity that we can truly step into our own greatness. We never become great by giving into a control system that tells us how to operate. Don’t trade your eternal light for a glimmer of hope. It will never last. Once we stop defaulting to comfort and security, we can truly start living our best lives.

In Order to Transcend Something

… you have to go through it.

But no one wants to go through pain to transcend it. As humans, we prefer to bypass the pain and take the easy way out. Ironically though, the easy way out in life is never easier; it’s actually much harder. It may feel easier at the onset, but it becomes far more complex and painful as time goes on.

There is no way to transcend something painful without fully going into it. You have to get into the belly of the beast in order to invert it. Many who do not want to hit rock bottom will linger in the shadows of the dark end of the pool for decades, trying to avoid their fate. The brave of us know that to come back up into the light, we have to first bottom out; we have to hit rock bottom so we can spring off of it and rise to the surface even faster.

As humans, we are all here to transcend our lives, not collapse into them. But we will never transcend what we will not allow ourselves to face and work through. Your pain is fuel for transformation. You cannot sit on the sidelines of your life and evolve. Transcendence doesn’t work that way.

Running from the storms of your life doesn’t heal you. Learning to dance in the rain is the only way to push through those storms and transform the experience. It’s a metaphor for life… in order to transcend the storm, you have to go through it, and know that just beyond the pain and drama, through it to the other side, the sun is always shining and waiting to embrace you. It can be no other way.

Playing in the Shallow End

… doesn’t keep you safe.

It only provides you with a false sense of security.

It’s much easier for us to play in the superficial realm of life and never go deeper. We skim the surface of our consciousness and get stuck in the matrix playing out materiality and confusing it with progress.

Prioritizing material possessions as a symbol of success only keeps the true rewards of a “life well-lived” hidden from sight. The fact is that we are here to grow and evolve our souls, not get sucked into the vortex of materiality. The focus on material possessions as a means of seeking fulfillment only keeps us bound and trapped in lower karmic programming. It makes us a slave to our possessions. It doesn’t represent a true sense of abundance, which only comes from within, never outside you.

The truth is the deeper you go in your evolution, the darker it can get. Sometimes it’s hard to see the bottom. It doesn’t mean you’re going to drown; it only means there are shadows lurking beneath you that may need to be brought to the surface before you can get to the next level. Most people fear those depths. They fear going into that darkness because it’s painful to transmute. They prefer to stay in the shallow end where they feel safer. But the shallow end doesn’t keep you safe. It only makes the deep-end scarier.

At one point in our lives, we find ourself adrift in the deep-end without a raft. But once we are there and we have brought up to the surface our shadows, we find a serenity in the deep-end that we never knew possible. Fulfillment lies in the deep-end of life. Living in the shallow never gets you to the depths of yourself. You have to be willing to lose everything in order to gain more than you could have ever imagined. It’s called the dark night of the soul. That is the secret to personal fulfillment; it’s lies in the deep-end. How deep are you willing to go to find yourself?

You Can’t Escape Your Problems

… you have to let them grow.

In life, expansion is key. You can’t get to the next level without moving through the level you’re in.

Progress in life is about embracing a feed forward system, not backwards. So in essence, you have to grow out of something, not hide from it. It has to be surmounted.

Expanding out of something means you have managed to rise above it and integrate its wisdom. It’s a feed forward of intelligent learning and it builds off the very problem you’ve struggled with.

Escaping your problems is akin to constricting and giving up, while allowing the problem to still exist. It may provide you with a momentary sense of relief, but since there’s been no expansion, the problem always comes back larger than life.

Expansion raises your vibration and escapism lowers it. You can’t get to a higher level by adopting a lower level strategy.

Problems cannot be escaped, they have to be expanded through. Expansion (transformation) is a higher vibrational game. It requires that you face the problem head on, surmount it, and use it as a springboard into higher levels of consciousness. Are you ready for expansion?

The Blueprint of the Human Soul

is divine…

We’re designed to love. We’re taught to hate.

In other words, love is our natural state and hate is a state that is curated around us. But no one ever tells us that. No one ever tells us that who we are is love. They don’t tell us that our DNA is divine and that love is at the heart of it. The “powers that be” fill our heads with propaganda and brainwash us with fear-porn and messages of hate day-in and day-out. They program our minds with venom and make us think that we’re the problem. And for so long we thought they were right.

But not anymore. Times are changing and people are waking up. They are seeing the corruption play out right in front of them. They no longer trust in their political figures, their media and even the companies they work for. They are starting to realize that manipulation is real and that things no longer make sense.

Living in this 3rd dimensional reality can be confusing. It’s a matrix of control. The blueprint of our soul is the key for navigating it. When we can trust in the truth of who we are, we can take back our light and reinstate our status as sovereign beings in the universe. No one has power over your soul unless you give it.

As a sovereign soul, you are accountable for your actions on this planet. If you buy into the hate that is programmed for you, you will own it and you will re-write your own divine programming.

Hate will have you fighting for change. Love will have you naturally emanating change. Hate creates more hate. Love creates more love. We don’t get to a more loving world by hating others in this one.

Listen to your divine blueprint. Be the love that you are. Be that role model and be the change that you want to see in the world. How else would we get there?

The Future Doesn’t Have Your Answers

… this moment has every answer you will ever need.

As humans, most of us get caught up in the “mousewheel of life.” We go on auto-pilot and end up in an endless wheel of routine where we don’t even feel life anymore. We rush and rush and rush to end up in yet the same place. And what’s it all for? Why all the rushing? Where are we trying to get to?

It’s about security and safety. We are always trying to get answers to our future and where we’re headed. But the future doesn’t have your answers, the answers are in this present moment. It’s just that most humans are never conscious in the present moment and so they miss all the subtle signs and synchronicities that would direct them to the optimal next step. When you’re sleep walking your way through your life and chasing a future moment, you miss all the richness and gifts that are waiting for you in this present moment.

Time is speeding up these days and when you’re not present in this moment, but chasing a future moment, you will never get caught up with yourself. The future can’t help you because you’re not there yet. But if you slow down and pay attention to your life in this moment, you will hear what it has to tell you. The secrets to your future are right in front of you. When you are fully present to the magic in this moment, you will be delivered to a future moment that is truly magical.
