… is in learning to get up faster.

We are all continually on a path of strength training and agility training because the fall is inevitable. It’s an integral part of how we humans learn and become better.

The secret to mastering the art of the fall, is to become highly agile and flexible so that when we do fall, we can move through the impact much more quickly and it doesn’t take us out.

In other words…

The harder you are on yourself, the harder it will be to come back from the fall.

The easier you can be on yourself, the more easefully you will come back from the fall.

Punishing or blaming yourself for your mistakes hardens you and locks you into a no-win position; whereas identifying the mistakes and using them as a benchmark for progress opens you up to mastery.

Learn to roll with the punches. If you are too rigid, those punches will knock you out. But if you’re able to ease up on your ego to get the lesson and get out, your agility/humility will catapult you forward.

No one likes to fall, but when you do so, learn to get up faster. Move through the curriculum of life’s lessons and stand strong so no one and nothing can ever push you over again.

… there are only different experiences.

Bet you didn’t know that?

Many of us labor over making decisions for fear of making a mistake. But that’s the problem. We think it’s safer to sit it out and wait for clarity, but it’s not. Hesitation breeds stagnancy and decision breeds flow. So, it almost doesn’t matter what decisions you make, it just matters that you make them and continue to move through your life.

There are no guarantees in life, there are only varied experiences. You are meant to flow through a series of experiences and garner the wisdom from them. Those experiences are what make you who you are. The process of choosing is the process of life and the act of choosing requires a process of flow.

This process of flow requires you to moveMomentum is the key. Once you are in action, the universe can steer you towards the outcome that is aligned for you, but if you sit it out on the bench, you become inert and stuck/stagnant so change can never come in. Everyone needs to flow; if you sit still, you block your progress by blocking the process.

It helps to know that it doesn’t matter what path you choose, all that matters is that you get onto one. Once in motion, the universe can guide you towards your highest timeline. But you must be in motion. The only thing the universe cannot do is pull you up off your bench; it cannot intervene in your free will.

You gotta be in it to win it. It never matters what choices you make, all that matters is that you make choices and move through the game of your life. There are no mistakes, only different experiences. Are you flowing through your life and moving through your experiences or are you blocking your own progress?

challenges the fabric of who you are.

Imposter syndrome only challenges those who are brave enough to take themselves out of the matrix. Those are the individuals who no longer want to work for the corporate machine. They are those who know their hearts and know that their life’s work is higher than sitting in an oppressed cubicle day in and day out.

These beings take a chance on themselves.

They follow a higher calling.

They risk putting their reputations on the line.

They risk financial ruin.

Why?

Because they believe in something higher. Those who dream about being something greater in the world or contributing something greater to the world are those who are susceptible to imposter syndrome. Those who dream and aim higher, soar. Those who accept the status quo, stay safe but never rise into their highest potential.

You only doubt yourself when you challenge the system. Everyone feels like an imposter when they are trying to break out of a mold that suffocates them.

You have to really believe in yourself to go to bat for yourself. You have to be willing to fight the notion that you are somehow less than someone else who doesn’t bat for themselves.

Imposter syndrome challenges the very fabric of who you are. Down to the core. If you’re not strong enough to believe in yourself, you will never step into greatness. Imposters buck the system and take it down so they can create their own place within it. We are all secretly imposters who are trying to create something out of nothing and we only feel like imposters because it has never been done before the way we are doing it. And because we know that the something we are creating is something the world has been waiting for. #beanimposter
